  • 1 ¼ lb. or 1 ½ pound Lobster
    Drawn Butter
  • Parmesan Crusted boneless Breasts of chicken
    (Optional)
  • Steamers with Broth & Drawn Butter
  • Corn on the Cob
  • Oven Roasted Garlic Potatoes
    Seasoned with Old Bay & Drizzled with Olive Oil
  • Fresh Seasonal Fruit Platter or watermelon

We will bring our own lobster pots, broth and butter dishes and shell dishes. Garbage for all shells etc. will go back with us.

The Clam Bake could not have been better with steamers and lobsters cooked to perfection and professionally served. What made the total experience fabulous was your professional manor, outstanding culinary expertise, first-rate organization, setup and cleanup and menu suggestions.

We are still amazed that you did all that in our kitchen while posing for the occasional photo. It was a pleasure and fun having you a part of our reunion and it would not have been a great success without you. Although our next reunion is several years away, you are #1 on our list as a must. Thank you for helping to make our reunion the most memorable gathering ever.
